We built a responsive site with clear service categories, intuitive patient journeys, and a focus on accessibility. From booking consultations to managing prescriptions, the site was designed to make healthcare simpler and more approachable.

We redesigned the site with a focus on clarity and usability. Service categories were organized to reduce friction, making it easy for users to move from information to action. Patient journeys were mapped out carefully, from landing on the homepage to booking a consultation, ensuring that every step felt natural.

The build emphasized mobile-first design, knowing that many patients access healthcare on their phones. We also prioritized accessibility, with layouts and navigation that support users of all ages.

Our process began with a sitemap that mapped the full patient journey , ensuring important services like consultations and prescriptions were always easy to access. Wireframes were then created to simplify navigation and guide users naturally to the next step.

From there, we moved into design and development, building a clean, mobile-first site with an emphasis on accessibility. Every page was designed to support both patients and healthcare professionals, creating a platform that feels trustworthy, easy to use, and ready to scale with Doc2us' growth .
